After lots of frustration and years of watching numerous organisations outsource the responsibility managing absence to remote service providers we decided that we could help business leaders to obatin much better results at substantially lower costs.

So we got a bit of chalk, an old blackboard, and a group of passionate folk in a room, and decided to draw the necessary steps taken to manage individual absence cases. Who takes the initial call? What actions are diarised? What subsequent decisions might be made? And, where might it all lead?
